The hyperlinks on this webpage will connect to art studios. The name is a rather general one, but in this particular instance I am referring to a group of artists sharing resources in a collective "studio" situation.The dynamic of creative production is often different from that of an artist working in isolation in his or her separate studio. Neither option is being touted, simply noted. Artists certainly have their preferences, and sometimes life circumstances dictate how they set up studios. Even on the internet, in virtual space, artists create "studio" arrangements for various reasons. Internet webs have their own studio similarities and qualities.
The Art Studio, Inc
The Art Studio, Inc. was founded as a non-profit corporation in December, 1983 by artists to encourage other artists to practice their disciplines in Southeast Texas.
