Is Robertterrell.com a "real" company or only an online company?
It is a real company located at 3519 32nd Street, Lubbock, Texas USA. The owner - artist is me - Robert Terrell. I have been operating as a professional artist from this particular physical location for 12+ years! I have a State of Texas tax registration certificate, and my phone number has been the same for 10 years. The company name is Terrell Art Studio.

How can I make my payment?
You can make payment with any of the major credit cards through my PayPal checkout system. I also accept certified money orders.
I do accept personal checks. They do have to clear the bank first, before any art is shipped.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?

How does you shipping work?
All orders are shipped through UPS, or Airborne Express, DHL or whatever shipper giving the most economical and safest rate to your address. I will ship worldwide to many destinations. View my shipping info by clicking HERE
How can I track my package upon shipment?
This question is not so easy to answer in two sentences. UPS has tracking capabilities. For large artwork, shipped through most shippers, tracking is possible. The best answer to this question is given upon purchase, and depends on the size of your order. I will make every effort, certainly, to ensure tracking, and /or keep you informed of the status. Trucking companies work similarly to air shippers, using large hubs. Your package, or crate sometimes doesn't take a direct route to your destination. As they say in Texas, you have to go to Dallas first, to get to anywhere else. That joke usually refers to a very "southern" destination (hell - I doubt if Dallas residents like that joke too much). But it is to a certain extent true in the motorfreight business, and shipping in general. When I first realized this, it was a bit of a shock to me, and I probably don't need to be telling you, the customer, but ... now you know.
Do you ship internationally?
Maybe. I ship to north America, but for some art sales I might ship overseas.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
- US: Please allow 5 or more Business Days for art delivery.
- Canada: Please allow 12 or more Business Days for art delivery.
- World: Please allow 20 or more Business Days for art delivery.
