FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
How long will it take for my art to arrive once I've paid for it?It usually takes 2 to 3 days to pack it, and get it shipped. Then, within the continental U.S. shipping takes about 5 business days max. It can take longer, but not usually.
If there is damage to my art during shipping, what do I do?
This is rare, but if it happens, simply box it up, hopefully in the same box. Carefully repack it. I will make an assessment of what needs to be done. If I can repair it, great. If not, we'll decide what to do then. No need to worry about things that haven't happened yet. My task is to make the art that hangs on the walls, and I will do what I have to do to make it right.
What if the art does not look the same in my house as it did on the monitor?
It won't. Let's just get that question settled now. It will probably be larger than it appears on your monitor (unless you have a huge monitor!) Yes, I wrote this a couple of years ago. So the art might be smaller! hahaha! In that case, why aren't you watching movies right now, instead of reading this!!! If you purchase a small artwork of 8 x 10 inches then it will not be larger, of course.
No, it will not be quite the same. The colors won't be quite the same. It will have textures. And actual room presence, which is a good thing. And the values (light and dark) will be different. But... if you will give the art a chance, I just know you will love it in your home or business!
No need for concern. If you really can't get used to it even after living with it for a couple of months, then you can return it. I believe that two months is a very fair and equitable length of time for giving my art a road test.
